KIRAKUAN is an apartment in Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City, 5.4 km north-west of the centre, with two-bedroom layouts that suit families and rooms with city views. The outdoor facilities are the main draw at KIRAKUAN: two swimming pools, one of them on the rooftop, a garden and a terrace, with sun loungers or beach chairs and sun umbrellas available.

Inside, the apartments have air conditioning, which matters in a city that is hot all year, along with private bathrooms, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV and, in most units, a kitchen. Some have a balcony or a patio, and the property offers family rooms and is non-smoking throughout. Internet services are available, and Wi-Fi is free in all areas. The street is quiet, and several rooms have city views.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 450 m away, so the last stretch from a flight is a short taxi ride, and Saigon Railway Station is 3.5 km away for long-distance trains. The city centre lies 5.4 km to the south-east, and a taxi or ride-hailing car is the simplest way to cover that distance with luggage. Crescent Lake is 10.9 km away for a longer outing.

Gia Dinh Park is 700 m away, a large green space for an early walk before the heat builds up, and Pho Quang Pagoda is 900 m away, so the two can be visited in one outing. Nguyen Dinh Chieu Market, 1.4 km away, is useful for everyday shopping, and the Vietnam People's Air Force Museum, 1.3 km away, will appeal to visitors interested in aviation history.
